today's goals


~ sit on stability while working at desk for 30 minutes 
~ 20 minutes of Yoga 
~write blog post about trail workouts 
~decide on exercise: 3+ mile hike or 4 mile walk w/a dog or 2 or 3? And do it! 
~get at least 8-10 glasses of water 
~ email a friend I haven't seen in a while 

oh yeah, and get my work done. Woke up super late this morning. Sooo tired. 

I did it: 
9+ water 
Eating: Well 
Exercise: 3+mile trail workout boot camp style. Phew!
