At the bottom of Wade Gap, with our group personal trainer. . It's a little over 2 miles each way. Our mountain to run up today is just ahead. It was a tough one today. Especially since I thought the hill was enough of a challenge. But no. We had to jog a good bit. It was really good and I feel FANTASTIC. After we came back down, we did pushups, planks, crunches, and stretches. We lucked out today. We were expecting a storm from the Isaac weather system but it traveled a bit to the West so no mercy today.
I'm now comfortable at home treating myself to a iced chai latte tea (w/ stevia and coconut milk so it only comes in around 40 calories.)
