Today's mix tape is a little current, a little retro. Preview below. Good for running or any cardio. Good for endurance too but don't make your repetitions match the beat of the songs in the middle... beats per minute are too fast for reps in resistance training. I included about 2- 2 1/2 songs for warmup (through Divine Thing). Kick it up for songs 2.5 through 9 and cooldown with songs 10 & 11. Then of course, stretch.
