getting back on track

Every day I get a lot better. Today starts my streak over again. After being so sick, my body feels like it wants to start I'm letting it. Today I wanted to do 10,000 steps. That will be my daily goal for a bit while I work back up to running again. We did a family and doggie hike for about 2 miles. The Walrus dropped me off about 2.5 miles from home so I could get the rest of my steps in. Worked out rather well.
