Well, I've made it to day 2 of getting a minimum of 10,000 steps a day until I work up to my goal of my next FitBit badge of 30,000 steps in one day (inspired by MOSTMOM1). Part of reaching this goal, requires me to get up and have at least one-third of the steps in before the Walrus heads off to work.
And that's all I've managed... no earlier.
Today was much harder than yesterday. I only got 6 hours of sleep which resulted in 500 fewer steps in the same amount of time. I was a-draggin' (and a dragon roaRRRR!). I don't think my eyes completely opened until I walked out of the driveway.
Ultimately, I'd like to get up and get all my exercise for the day in before he leaves.
Here's a glimpse of today's 5 o'clock in the AM hour:
And in the 8 o'clock hour, almost the same spot, I enjoyed this beautiful sunset for my last 3000 steps.
Tomorrow, I don't have to get up but will try anyway. I meet my trainer at 8am so I'm going to try and keep the habit going and get a head start on my work.
Next, I'll have to take a picture at the midnight hour. Come along now sing, "In the midnight hour she cried more more more..."
Steps that is.
And, now it's time for an earlier bedtime as my work will allow me to dictate.
And now good night. It's time for sleep. So we will sleep with our pet Zeep. Today is gone. Today was fun. Tomorrow is another one. Every day. from here to there, funny things are everywhere.
